Mayer Hawthorne collaborated with Umami chef John Herndon and customized his own burger, “The Hawthorne”. The burger is a beef patty with cognac-infused parsnip puree, cognac fondue sauce, hatch chiles and crispy hatch chile straws and is available at the Umami Urban location in Hollywood.
